Upon successful completion of this course, the certified technician will have the experience and confidence to terminate Single Terminus (ST) and Multiple Terminus (MT) connectors, COTS SC connectors along with the skills for testing, troubleshooting, and analyzing shipboard fiber optic systems in accordance with MIL-STD-2042B(SH).

Any person involved in the installation of fiber optic components, testing and troubleshooting on surface ships and submarines.
Telectronics Technicians Association (ETA) testing is optional; Electronics Technicians Association (ETA) exams are optional; it's a great opportunity to become certified that is concurrent with the training. On day 3 of the training, we will test the student on the ETA Certified Fiber Optic Installer exam for $150.00.
